Just over 2 weeks to go!

On 2 July 2012 our Operations Director lost his Dad to Pancreatic Cancer.  After diagnosis, they had just two months left together.

Sadly this story is an extremely common tale with victims of this type of cancer.

This year Sully and his sister entered the London Marathon to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer Charity, they have been training hard and their confidence is growing.

We’d like to wish him and his sister all the very best of luck from Spy Games HQ, but we still expect our agent back on duty straight after the race! hee hee!

They will be running their socks off around London, 26.2 miles of it and hope to raise an admirable amount of money for this charity which is very close to their family’s heart.

The Management team from Benchmarx (Travis Perkins) were put through their paces at Heythrop Park on our Enigma Team Challenge. The new team broke the ice with a pistol draw, then worked their way into a briefcase, navigated across the minefields and cracked into their “competitors” safe to find the five year business plan (Don’t mention the “H” word!). They solved the Dead Letter Box and The Thunderball challenges, a close finish for the two teams, “Mission Possible” & “Licenced to Kill”, It came down to who could deactivate the Bomb in the quickest time!

Feedback was given afterwards and a chance to discuss on how the team could have improved on activities.

After taking on the Enigma Team Challenge, it came down to a very close finish for EMW law, the teams only had $400 separating them, so the final round of pistol draw had to be fast, the first person to get their aim on their target would win the day, see how close the ladies were, much better form on the right but the left got the drop and took the win!

Thank you for all your energy and commitment to the tasks, we hope you had a great day!

Storm Doris did not deter the team from NHBC from taking on a set of activities on the Enigma Team Challenge, Safe Cracking, Code Breaking to defuse a bomb, Pistol draw techniques and quick draw competition, recovering their ‘spydollars’ from the dead letter box, then got moving toxic waste to a safe container in the Thunderball Challenge, testing their geography knowledge with Agents International, spotting famous spies in the identity parade and finishing off with some 8mm blank firing pistol shooting.

We had a great day working with you, and look forward to your next team build!
