Team Strengths & Potential in Colour

We’ll introduce you to a personality profiling tool called Clarity4D.

‘Clarity4D’ opens up communication, increases self- awareness and provides strategies to get the best from everyone!

If you want to build the awareness of the personal strengths in your team and maximize its collective performance this 3.5-hour workshop is for you.

Linked to the 4 elements of fire, water, air and earth and linking to Jungian theory, Clarity4D uses colour to identify four basic personality types and the blend of ‘energies’ that each individual possesses naturally.

Looking at our behavioural styles and preferences from a number of viewpoints helps us to build a greater awareness of the impact those behaviours have on others. Once we understand ourselves more, we can make conscious and informed choices about what is right for us and what might get us better results in the future. We can gain clarity on where we are now and where we may want to focus in the future. Clarity4D uses the concept of colour to create a simple, easy to understand concept. It doesn’t put people in ‘boxes’ but does provide each individual with their unique blend of colour preferences.

After the Ignition session, you will have;

  • Taken part in a series of fun, interactive activities to get you and your team thinking, behaving and working differently.
  • Received a personal Clarity4D strengths & potential profile to help you to identify your own unique blend of energies.
  • Take away some personal and team actions to be even better!

"The addition of the Team Development phase by Spy Games helped my team move forward and communicate in a more proactive way. This was put straight into practise on the team build phase, we are still regularly bringing up parts of our team build/development day in the office. Great Day, great idea!"
